We understand that today's challenges require unique solutions from people who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. That's why Lead 101 Mentoring, Inc. is here as a non-profit organization, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to serve a diverse population within the city. We are dedicated to providing mentorship to school-aged boys in urban communities, with a core focus on instilling healthy habits, leadership, character development, and a growth and entrepreneurial mindset in our young people. We also organize workshops for families, churches, and schools.

 

Since 2019, we have proudly organized various community events, partnered with schools to provide weekly services to their students, and collaborated with numerous churches and community partners to achieve our mission. Our ultimate mission is to empower young creatives and nurture the potential of youth, helping them become the best versions of themselves.
